I have tried using all the things close to it to obtain it to operate. Like re downloading opera or disabling my vpn that I have but almost nothing is working. Sometimes it displays the opera animation right before it starts but it surely never opens. What's weirder is always that I have opera on laptops and phones they usually get the job done goo
